PartnerMD & CVFP to Deploy Suki’s AI Voice Assistant Systemwide

Physicians will gain advantages from Suki Assistant’s multi-modal support and proven ability to reduce documentation time

Suki, the leader in voice artificial intelligence (AI) technology for healthcare, today announced the systemwide implementation of its AI voice assistant, Suki Assistant, in two prominent healthcare organizations: PartnerMD and CVFP Medical Group (CVFP). PartnerMD, a concierge physician network, and CVFP, a physician-owned, primary care organization based in Lynchburg, VA., will benefit from Suki’s ability to significantly reduce documentation time. Suki Assistant will aid all PartnerMD and CVFP physicians in their respective missions to deliver personalized, comprehensive, high-quality primary care services to patients, encompassing preventive screenings, on-demand wellness coaching, and round-the-clock accessibility. Both partnerships come on the heels of a major product announcement that adds ambient note-generation capabilities to the solution, making Suki the only voice assistant that allows clinicians to complete documentation ambiently, with dictation, or with commands.

“PartnerMD has been using Suki for some time and has been highly impressed with how it’s helped our physicians reduce their administrative burden and allow more time for the patient relationship and clinical care. The positive experience has led us to make the decision to implement the technology across our entire practice,” said Jack Bretcher, COO of PartnerMD. “We’re excited by Suki’s ability to accommodate multiple modes in a single solution. This approach gives our clinicians flexibility in their workflows and also gives our practice flexibility in a single solution that in the past would have required two to three separate tools.”

“Experiencing burnout from tedious notetaking and administrative duties, I contemplated transitioning to part-time work. However, my introduction to Suki altered my perspective entirely. By leveraging this technology, I could continue working full time while reclaiming countless hours of labor, enabling me to dedicate my attention to my patients and while also giving me more time to spend with my family,” said Dr. Elizabeth Goff, a family medicine physician at CVFP.

Powered by advanced AI and voice technologies, Suki eases administrative burdens so clinicians can focus wholly on patient care and reclaim the joy of practicing medicine. Suki is proven to reduce documentation time per note by as much as 72 percent in family medicine settings and integrates with major EHRs, including Epic, Cerner, Athena, and Elation for a streamlined workflow.

“The latest partnerships with PartnerMD and CVFP Medical Group exemplify Suki’s ongoing commitment to alleviating the administrative burden from clinicians using the power of voice and AI,” said Jallel Harrati, SVP of Sales & Partnerships at Suki. “The latest release of Suki Assistant will ultimately assist both organizations in their endeavors to deliver outstanding care and services to patients, without compromising on daily administrative duties.”

These benefits are becoming increasingly critical as more and more physicians seek solutions that reduce administrative burdens and provider burnout. A study in Mayo Proceedings showed 63 percent of physicians reported at least one burnout symptom, while in another survey, 60 percent attributed burnout to administrative demands.
