Nardello & Co. LLC, a leading global investigations firm, today announced that Scott Nawrocki has joined the firm as a Managing Director in the Digital Investigations & Cyber Defense practice. Mr. Nawrocki comes to Nardello & Co. following 21 years at the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He will be based in Nardello & Co.’s New York office and will lead engagements involving cyber incident response, insider threats, digital forensics, intrusion analysis, cybersecurity advisory services, crisis management, supply chain risk, behavioral analysis and critical infrastructure protection.
Prior to joining Nardello & Co., Mr. Nawrocki served as an FBI Supervisory Special Agent in the Newark, New Jersey field office. Most recently, he was the office’s lead FBI Cyber representative on Operation Warp Speed, where he focused on protecting COVID-19 vaccines, therapeutics, diagnostics and supply chain from potential cyber intrusions and other threats. He was also responsible for coordinating on cybersecurity matters with private-sector professionals in the healthcare, energy, financial, life sciences, emergency services, pharmaceutical, corporate security, public health, professional sports, military and education sectors. During his 21-year tenure, he also managed and investigated federal crimes, including cyber intrusion, extortion, intellectual property theft, terrorism, and insider threats. Mr. Nawrocki also served as the lead for the New Jersey Biotechnology Threat Focus Cell, a multi-agency cyber, national security and insider threat defense initiative that is comprised of federal and state agencies, industry partners and associations.

Biography
Scott Nawrocki
Prior to joining Nardello & Co., Mr. Nawrocki served as a Supervisory Special Agent at the Federal Bureau of Investigation. During his 21-year tenure, he managed and investigated federal crimes, including cyber intrusion, extortion, intellectual property theft, terrorism, and insider threats. On the Cyber Intrusion Task Force, Mr. Nawrocki pursued Advanced Persistent Threat, nation state and cybercriminal actors. He was also a certified FBI Crisis Management subject matter expert and field Behavioral Analysis Unit Coordinator.
Previously, Mr. Nawrocki was the lead for the New Jersey Biotechnology Threat Focus Cell, a multi-agency cyber, national security and insider threat defense initiative, comprised of Federal and State agencies, industry partners and associations. He most recently led FBI New Jersey cyber risk efforts in Operation Warp Speed, the United States Government’s initiative to accelerate and protect COVID-19 vaccines, therapeutics and diagnostics. Earlier in his career, Mr. Nawrocki worked in the healthcare industry for the Catholic Health System in Buffalo, New York, as the Director of Physical Therapy.
Mr. Nawrocki holds a Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity Engineering from the SANS Technical Institute and a BS in Physical Therapy with a minor in Biology from Daemen College.
